Hengameh James is a Senior Technical Program Manager leading Software Security projects for Intel Architecture Graphics Software (IAGS) organization. Her primary focus is protecting customers’ data security. Hengameh believes in a secure world that is built by collaboration across diverse boundaries. She is reaching out to gather brilliant minds to solve problems for Intel customers.

Hengameh has been with Intel since 1996, primarily in silicon process technology development and silicon packaging. She has managed highly technical programs across multiple organizations, receiving several divisional and excellence awards for her contributions. In 2015, Hengameh shifted her focus from silicon process development to a customer facing role in the Data Center group. She became passionate about Machine Learning and its applications in solving customers’ problems.

Hengameh believes “success is being away from comfort and discovering new abilities while empowering others". When Hengameh is not occupied with software security or analytics, she loves to travel around the world and immerse herself in unfamiliar cultures.

Hengameh graduated from University of New Mexico with a Chemical Engineering degree and obtained her MBA from Oregon Health and Science University focusing on technology and science.
